Slag Removal Machine
With this system, Virtuatech® Engenharia solved the problems of ergonomics, accident risks and quality in the slag removal operation (elimination of unhealthy and dangerous workplaces) A completely automatic system, with supply from Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical Engineering , Civil and Metallic Structures, delivered to the client as executive engineering and a Virtual Reality simulation.

Adequacy of pulp and paper plant to regulatory standards NR20 and NR12
Development of all Mechanical and Electrical engineering to adapt the plant, considering the wood yard, gas station, diesel oil depot, power boiler, calcification furnace, among other areas that required adaptation to a classified zone (EX).
Box Tipper/Tumbler
Equipment developed to eliminate ergonomic problems and operational risks, with the box tipper installed on 11 lines, our client now has a fully automated operation and safe workplaces. Development of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical engineering and system automation, manufacturing, field installation and commissioning of the 11 lines. Project with ART issuance, risk analysis and NR12 report.

Execution of basic engineering, structure calculation in CypeCad and detailed engineering for fabrication.
In a step-by-step tutorial with tools, the employee is prepared for detailed and efficient inspections.
Engineering - Mezzanine and Acoustic Cabin
Development of basic and detailed engineering for the fabrication of a mezzanine for assembly of Osprey equipment, and an acoustic cabin on the ground floor.
Structure dimensioned with ART emission for equipment weighing 16 ton.

Turnkey supply of roller conveyor for freezer manufacturing plant. Conveyor works with accumulation of loads. Chain driven rubber rollers.
Engineering - Tannery Machine
Turnkey supply of a 17 meter long horizontal belt conveyor, linked to a second inclined belt conveyor with flights, for loading and transporting tannery.
Despite two pieces of equipment, it operates with only one engine. PVC conveyor belt.

Forklift Operation
Logistics training focusing on cargo movement and stacking with electric and combustion forklifts.
The training worked as an extension of theoretical training, where in practice through the interaction and immersion of Virtual Reality it was possible for operators to train the operation of equipment.
Operational training for the SP Metro line
Capacity in VR for the use of Safety Doors (PDM) installed between the Platform and the Metro, with the objective of protecting and preventing accidents due to falls in the road area.
